🌸A Magical Day of Discovery🌸
Last week, our Rosie May Pre School children had the most magical day exploring two incredible places, the Malawenna Buddhist Statue and a nearby turtle conservation site.
The children were full of wonder as they stood beneath the towering statue, listening to gentle stories about kindness, peace and caring for others. It was a beautiful moment of calm and curiosity.
Their excitement bubbled over again at the turtle conservation site, where they learned how turtles are protected, cared for and safely released back into the ocean.
Days like this remind us why these experiences matter, opening young minds, building confidence and helping them see the world beyond the classroom.
They finished the day off by returning to the classroom to celebrate Vesak-celebration of lights.
